How do we book a session?
You can email us at . Please let me know what type of session you are wanting to book (family, milestone, studio, newborn, etc.). I will then respond with available dates, and we will discuss your vision for the photo session.
What should our family wear?
It is always best to keep clothing simple with no logos or busy patterns. Neutral clothing ALWAYS photographs well, but I am also partial to pastels, monograms, and smocked clothing being the Southern girl that I am :) You can check out the What to Wear Guide to help guide you in the clothing selection process. Wardrobe consultation is part of the service that I offer with each session, so please don’t hesitate to ask for help or direction.
How long does the session last?
Family and Milestone sessions typically last between 60-90 minutes. Newborn sessions usually last anywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours.
What do we bring?

For family and/or milestone sessions: outfit changes (if applicable), water or favorite drink of child (please no colored drinks for chances of spills, most juices should be fine!), snacks (again, make sure these are not colored (i.e. blue lollipops probably aren’t the best choice until after the session due to the blue mouth it leaves behind :) ), and/or any props that you would like to use (I don’t use a ton of props, but I do have a white box that is good for sitting in as well as sitting on).

For newborn sessions: diapers, wipes, paci (it helps soothe baby’s need to “suck” rather than having to be fed each time), formula/bottles/or whatever makes you feel comfortable nursing (you will have privacy at the home studio to nurse), any headbands or props you would like to use (I have PLENTY of headbands, bonnets, blankets, props, etc., but feel free to bring your own special items if you’d like).

How long will it take to receive my gallery?
My turnaround time is typically one to two weeks. I like to ensure that my work is of great quality, and that takes time!
What happens if we need to reschedule?

I keep a close eye on the weather at all times! If it looks iffy, and we need to reschedule, you will be notified ASAP to discuss a different date and time.

If you need to reschedule due to conflict, please let us know ASAP, and we can work together to get the session rescheduled. Please be flexible as we work to get the best day and time for your family! *Note, session fees are non-refundable, but they are transferrable to a different date within one year*.
